The location was so central. I could walk everywhere. the breakfast included a good variety of food, and i appreciated the friendliness from all staff. the air conditioning worked well and the rooms were comfortable.

The spa offered a generous space with a fitness room, swimming pool, massage area, and sauna. The pool was quiet when i used it three times. the hotel is also close to the railway station.

Staff members were very courteous. They were friendly. on mornings when i had to leave before breakfast, they gave me a bag of food, so i did not have to leave hungry? requested a low floor and this request was provided..

Solid Stay in Central Location

I appreciated the early check-in and updated room. It really helped after a long journey. The on-site restaurant offered convenient meals several times , so I did not have to find alternatives. Complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks in the room were a plus. The location worked well as a bus stop was just outside.
My room felt a bit colder on the first night, so I requested an extra blanket. It was promptly delivered, but I would have preferred the room to be warmer initially.

The location of this hotel is good.
The room was noticeably cold ,despite my attempts to adjust the thermostat. I contacted the front desk multiple times ,but the heat was not effectively addressed until an electric heater was provided late on the second day. This reliance on supplementary heating is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

I found the location convenient for sightseeing. Tour buses were right across the street! the staff offered free drinks because the room wasn't ready. the pool and sauna were definite highlights of my stay. i definitely plan to return for another stay in the future.

the hotel location proved convenient. i was able to easily walk to various attractions. the room included a soaking tub and a separate shower (which i always appreciate). the breakfast provided a wide selection of both hot and cold items.
the room i had was quite dark with limited natural light. i also noticed some peeling paint on the air vents. the gym had a limited selection of equipment (it was functional, but not extensive).
